We talked to Eye Care Professional who have had great success with anti-reflective coatings.

Here are some suggestions they had:
Make sure that everyone is on-board:
Wear NP® on your lenses, and suggest that your dispensary staff try it, so they can easily discuss the benefits of anti-reflective lenses with their patients. The staff should be knowledgeable about AR-lenses and Reflection Free NP, and prepared to answer basic patient questions.
Talk to your Essilor Sales Consultants:
He or she will be happy to share information and sales tips with you and your staff, and can also to provide training and demonstrations materials. In addition, please feel free to discuss with your consultant your ideas and/or needs for other materials that would be helpful in talking to patients about anti-reflective lenses.
Build relationships:
Since you have developed trust with your patients, they will appreciate your recommendations, especially if they feel those recommendations are based on their individual needs, and not on "making a sale". For example, if you know that a patient works with computers, you can let her know that AR lenses will reduce eyestrain. Or if a patient is very self-conscious about his appearance with glasses, AR lenses will provide him with a more natural look.
Don't treat AR as an add-on:
Use NP® as part of a total lens package - one that you feel confident will give the best value for your price sensitive patient. Instead of asking patients if they would like to add an AR-coating to their prescription, offer them a lens that "has everything" they will need for ideal vision correction.
Discuss benefits:
One eye care professional that we talked to begins conversations with his patients by asking if they would like lenses "with or without glare". However you decide to approach your patients with AR lenses, make sure to explain that it will make them see, feel, and look better. Try asking if they want their lenses with glare or without. Then, based on the fact that it's long lasting and easy-to-clean, explain why you recommend Reflection Free NP as an important part of their complete lens purchase.
Let your patients see for themselves:
Place NP® point of purchase material in your waiting and dispensing areas, so your patients can learn about AR features and benefits, and actually see the difference between an AR lens and an uncoated lens with the Bullet lens display.
